1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Taskmo! By downloading, accessing, or using our mobile application ("App"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service
Taskmo is an AI-powered task management application designed to help you organize, prioritize, and manage your tasks efficiently. The App provides features such as natural language task input, automated task enhancement, scheduling, notifications, and in-app purchases for premium features.

3. User Accounts
3.1. Registration
To access certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account using Sign in with Apple. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate.
3.2. Security
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. In-App Purchases
4.1. Subscriptions
Taskmo offers in-app purchases ("IAP") for premium features, including unlimited AI usage and additional functionalities. By subscribing, you agree to the subscription terms, including pricing and renewal policies.
4.2. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's App Store settings. Refunds, if any, are subject to the App Store's refund policies. We do not offer refunds directly.

5. User Conduct
You agree to use Taskmo only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
Using the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
Tampering with the App's security features or attempting to gain unauthorized access.
Uploading or transmitting any material that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable.

6. Content
6.1. Your Content
You retain ownership of the tasks and any other content you create or input into the App. By using Taskmo, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and display your content as necessary to provide the App's services.

6.2. Our Content
All intellectual property rights in the App, including but not limited to software, design, text, graphics, and logos, are owned by Taskmo or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to Taskmo immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Taskmo is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Taskmo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:
Your use or inability to use the App.
Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.
Statements or conduct of any third party on the App.

10. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Taskmo and its affiliates, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the App.

11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Taskmo operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use the App after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

13. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Taskmo regarding the use of the App and supersede any prior agreements.
